All bookings must be made through our official app, website, or customer service line.You are responsible for providing correct pickup/drop-off information.

2. Pricing & Payment

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type.Payments must be made via approved payment methods (cash, card, or online).

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must wear seatbelts and behave respectfully.Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in charges.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained.Drivers may refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers.

5. Liability

SmileCars is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey.
